In addition to a quality ethic embedded into our processes, we assure exact conformance to your specifications through one, multiple, or any of the following: 

• In-house inspection – our Asian business partners and suppliers have internal quality processes, including inspection equipment and staff.  Part of their routine process includes approval of pre-production products, tooling and/or machinery. 

• 3rd party inspection – independent quality assurance groups can be and are leveraged to verify perfect conformance of the product to your specifications.  These quality assurance groups are headquartered in the United States, and perform their work on-site in Asia.  Detailed quality assurance reports are prepared.

• First article samples and reports – Detailed first article reports can be and are prepared from first article samples.  Each can be supplied for your approval prior to production or prior to delivery of goods.

• U.S. based engineering input – Our Mechanical/Product Engineers in Irvine, California can provide valuable engineering input during the Program Management process for Asia industrial sourcing – further enhancing quality.
